January Message from the President
Monday, January 7, 2019
Dear aasp Members,
I am honored and thankful to take the helm as president. It brings me great excitement to be involved with and trusted by this great organization for the next two years.
This year, with our new association management company, Ewald Consulting we want to build the foundation for continuously improving our education, expanding our membership and strengthening our strategic partnerships.
As an example, I along with other aasp members will be featured presenters in partnership with CASE at the DRIVE conference, March 11-19 in Baltimore, MD. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you there.
But first, we begin this year’s programming on high note with an aasp webinar from John Taylor on, John's Annual IRS Rules & Regulations Update: What You Don't Know Might Hurt You on January 24, 2:00PM EST. This is a must-attend session.
As your president, I am always interested in your ideas and feedback. I encourage you to reach out to me via email@example.com.
Also, we are always looking for people who are interested in volunteering their time and talent on committees and as chairs. If you are interested, please reach out to our new executive director Kim Bailey at KimB@advserv.org
With your support, we will be successful in significantly improving the value of aasp for all of our members and our entire profession.
Associate Vice President of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
