This morning the aasp Executive Committee and Education Committee were informed that George Washington University will be closing its campus starting Monday, March 16, 2020. As a result, we will be postponing our 2020 Washington, D.C. Symposium which was set to take place the same day.

For those already registered, please note that additional information regarding registration, travel, and accommodations will follow by end-of-day today, Friday, March 13, 2020.

We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our regional host Gail Ferris and speakers John Taylor, Amy Phillips, Allan Hejnal, and Anne Dean for the incredible efforts they have invested in this program, and we hope you are able to join us in the great city of Washington, D.C. when we reschedule.

We also thank every member of aasp for their dedication to this great organization. We will weather this storm and come back even stronger.

Sincerely,
Shomari White
