Dear Members,

As advancement services professionals today, you face the daunting task of managing and leveraging vast amounts of data and information to inform the strategy and direct the operations of your nonprofit organizations. In many ways, the growth and success of nonprofits reside largely on your shoulders.

Over 10 years since our humble beginnings in 2007, AASP remains the only organization focused exclusively on bringing a big-picture perspective to the full scope of advancement services. Our annual Summit, regional symposia, webinars, partnerships, and best practices are all designed to connect, inform and empower advancement services professionals from every sector of the nonprofit landscape.

Our ultimate goal is a successful future for all nonprofits, advanced by the contributions of our diverse and extensive network of advancement services professionals.

Today, AASP is more focused on this vision than ever before, expanding our education and resources to meet the needs of every one of our more than 1,200 members.

This is why we needed a change.

Over the past year, we have redefined who we are, who we serve, and how we do it, so that every advancement services professional knows that we are here for you, no matter your sector—education, healthcare, social services, arts and culture, religion, environment/wildlife or consulting.

We have reimagined our visual brand and with it our mission, vision, and core values to better reflect who we are and who you are in 2018.

Take a look around the redesigned website, check out our AASP history infographic, and take a fresh look at what AASP can do for you and your career.

We welcome you to the next 10 years of AASP and to the many ways we will endeavor to help you forge connections and access resources that strengthen your work and advance your career.

Sincerely,
The AASP Board of Directors
