SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Deadline for submitting sponsorship application is one month prior to your regional event, in order to be included in all on-premise signage and public recognition during the conference. Sponsorship payment is due in full when sponsorship application is submitted. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing prior to one month date before your regional event will receive a full refund, less $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after the one month prior date. Upon receipt of application and payment, sponsor logistics will be sent to the indicated contact.
