Necie works as the Chief Development and Alumni Engagement Officer at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where she is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership and strategic support for all fundraising and alumni engagement efforts. In addition to helping PCOM achieve its frontline fundraising goals by establishing and directly managing prospects, Liggeons also has responsibility for campaign management, database administration and reporting, gift processing, stewardship and donor relations, fiscal management, and prospect development.
