Summit 2027 Call for Proposals 

The Association of Advancement Services Professionals is excited to invite presentation proposals for our 2027 Summit, at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, Nevada.

We would like to remind potential presenters that aasp includes leadership from across many nonprofit organizational profiles. Presentations targeted to inform small shop management are encouraged as are those from organizations with missions beyond the sphere of academia.

The 2027 Summit program will:

  • Offer sessions on emerging trends and new strategies for addressing operational issues
  • Engage Advancement Services professionals across a broad range of industry sectors
  • Share in-depth knowledge to deliver optimal solutions for leveraging opportunities to improve processes
  • Provide opportunities to network with seasoned Advancement Services experts and industry leaders
  • Present leading business practices in the form of case studies and models that can be applied to fundraising operations in any nonprofit organization
  • Support a rigorous analytical approach for developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders

  • Proposal Title
  • Number of Presenters
  • Presenter names and emails
  • Session Description
  • 3 Learning objectives: Provide three primary learning objectives that are clear, measurable, and achievable. For each learning objective, complete the sentence, 'Upon completion, participants will be able to….' Use action words to begin this primary learning objective, such as list, describe, define, demonstrate, conduct, etc.
  • Audience level
    • Beginner, Novice, New to you, Basic: Intro to Basic/Foundational/New Concepts/Fundamentals
    • Intermediate: Have a base level of knowledge, Exploration/Growth
    • Advanced/Expert: Mastery/Expansion
