Trends in Engagement and Proposal Metrics

Are you measuring what counts or just counting what’s measured. Hear about the latest trends in major gift officer metrics. The Temple University Prospect Development team conducted an industry survey and in-depth interviews to uncover the impact of engagement and proposals metrics across a variety of institutions. We will share the results of the survey and highlight emerging new trends.

Learning Objectives

Some of the questions we hope to explore are:

· How have metrics changed in recent years?

· Do some metrics carry more weight than others?

· Are in-person meetings still the gold standard?

· How are specific organizations applying these metrics to their work?
